• No Drugs: Using or having drugs is not allowed. If caught, you'll leave the trip with no refund
• No Fighting: Physical or verbal fights won't be tolerated
• Keep it Clean: Help keep the environment clean. Throw away trash properly
• Trip Changes: We might cancel or change the trip due to unexpected reasons. You'll get a refund if we cancel
• Safety First: We'll do our best to keep you safe, but we're not responsible for accidents or natural disasters
• Vehicle Safety: We'll take care of the vehicles to ensure your safety
• Personal Stuff: We're not responsible for lost or damaged personal items
• Changes in Plans: If we need to change the itinerary, we'll decide the best alternative

Important Policies

• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle
• Behavior: We can cancel your participation if you misbehave
• Landslides: If there's a landslide, the trip might be extended, and you'll pay extra costs
• Fuel Costs: If fuel prices increase, you'll pay an extra 1000/- PKR
• Our Organization: We're a private organization, not affiliated with any university or institute
• Refunds: You'll get your refund within 6 working days
• Trekking Difficulty: This tour involves moderate to difficult trekking. Good physical fitness is required
• Weather Conditions: Trek to Fairy Meadows and Base Camp is weather dependent

Cancellation Fees

• Less than 24 hours: 100% fee
• Less than 48 hours: 100% fee
• 3 days or more: 50% fee
• 7 days or more: 30% fee
